Colorful Minds focuses on goals related to your day-to-day life. Some of you may look towards counselling for specific goals while some of you are looking for a space to share and process what you are going through. You may not know what your exact expectations of counselling or therapy are, but, you may feel that you would benefit by talking to someone other than a close friend or family member. You don't need to be facing a crisis to start therapy, you can reach out even if it is just emotional support that you require.

At Colorful Minds, I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for individuals between 18 - 60 years, which can be goal-directed or just a means of supportive counselling. If you wish to reach certain goals, we can work collaboratively to see how you can move forward. We will work towards enhancing and improving your quality of life.
